Administrative & Training Department


Duties of Administrative & Training Department includes: studying the organizational and administrative problems in the authority and suggesting suitable solutions, developing systems of work in the sectors and departments of the authority in coordination with the concerned entities of the authority and facilitating procedures, counting the training needs in the different sectors and planning a training development that meets such needs. It also designs an integrated system for describing and assessing the occupations of the authority and developing it in coordination with the administrative affairs department in the authority. Moreover, setting plans that are related to the program of developing the labor force and the occupational path plans, preparing the annual work plan as well as the proposed occupational budget for the administration to be provided for the deputy manager for the administrative and financial affairs as well as the supporting technical services, preparing periodical reports on the activities and achievements of the department to be provided for the deputy manager of administrative and financial affairs.
